Mindanao island is southern part of the Philippines, most of them are catholic, rest of only 5% are muslims called Moro,
Muslims have required their independence in Mindanao region. Because of this, from 1968, more than 40 years, there was incessant struggles between muslim and catholic. More than 150,000 people were died.
And at last Peace comes to this dessert place.
There was a peace agreement between catholic and islam leaders. And they agreed to sign the peace agreement not to go on fight against each other because of any religious reason.

Man Hee Lee who is a peace advocate from Korea, who have devoted his whole life for world peace, visited Philippines three times. And he modereated this peace agreement between islam and catholic.
